Prerequisites
1 - Drill a hole through a designated keychain plastic block.

Center the hole on one end of the flat, smaller plastic toy block, close to the edge but not too close so that the keychain block cracks.
2 - Slide the metal ring through the key(s) to ready it for the Lego keychain.

3 - Slide the metal ring through the newly designed Lego keychain (or through any pre-purchased piece that came ready with the hole).

4 - Identify an ideal area where the key holder will be housed.

This will give you an idea of the size restrictions. - Assemble large plastic toy blocks together in a square or rectangle shape. -Glue to a backing such as cardboard or plastic sheeting cut from an unwanted old binder. Allow to set.
5 - Mount the larger flat plastic block to the chosen area on the wall (or furniture etc.)

Attach a hanger to the back of the holder for hanging in place. Alternatively, you can use several drops of liquid nails to the back of the holder and then hold it firmly against the wall for a few seconds if you don't mind sticking it straight to the wall. Wait until you are sure the piece has adhered to the wall before you let go. Use a ruler and even a level to ensure proper placement.
6 - Add other plastic toy blocks or similar plastic toy decorations that you can stack on the main, mounted holder.

You might also consider mounting surrounding pieces near the key holder if they add to the theme (such as a card border).
7 - Hang each plastic block keychain on the plastic block key holder and you are ready with style.

8 - Finished.

No excuses for misplacing your keys anymore!
